I. Introduction.

1.1. The agreement on granting services (further - the Agreement) is the legal agreement between the User and exchange office (further - Exchange concerning a subject of the present Agreement and replace all previous contracts, agreements and arrangements between the User and Exchange concerning the given subject. Special and-or additional conditions and rules on concrete services or products, will be adjusted by the Additional agreement. 1.2. Exchange guarantees and provides nondisclosure of the information on the User and its operations. Exchange can give the information on deals of the User and other information on the User only on demand of representatives on that of the state bodies or officials at availability of the lawful bases.
1.3. Each item of the present Agreement is separate of all others. If the item which application can be void or inadmissible will be found, it will not mention legality of other items of the present Agreement.
1.4. Accepting conditions of the present Agreement, the User and Exchange cannot challenge legality of the electronic coordination and electronic official registration of papers exclusively on the ground that it is issued in such a way.

1.5. Exchange does not bear the responsibility for impossibility of the User to contact with Exchange or for any consequences of it. Exchange does not bear the responsibility for any indirect, special, unforeseen either subsequent loss or damage (loss) which can arise concerning use of its services, or their any components.Exchange does not bear the responsibility for any indirect, special, unforeseen either subsequent loss or damage (loss) or damage of reputation, profit or expected savings or those, as User, and the third parties (as though it has not been caused). Exchange does not suffer the responsibility before the User for the damage caused owing to accident.

II. Products and services.
2.1. Exchange renders services of an automatic exchange of units of electronic payment systems, as among themselves, and on the international money resources (the international currencies) and back.
2.2. Exchange does not check competency and legality of possession of the User the means offered by the User to an exchange, and does not carry out supervision of operations of the User in one of electronic payment systems or bank structure (bank, credit or investment structure).
2.3. Systems of electronic payments and-or Banks bear the exclusive responsibility for the means entrusted by it by Users. Exchange is not the party in the agreement between system of electronic payments and its User, and in any case does not bear the responsibility for wrong or wrongful use of corresponding system and-or Bank,and also for abusing functionality of this system the User. The mutual rights and duties of the User and system of electronic payments and-or Bank are adjusted by rules and the agreements accepted in corresponding system and-or corresponding Bank.
2.4. Offered Exchange services are not intended for use and-or are not accessible in the countries where it is forbidden by the law. The user bears the full responsibility for observance of the local legislation.
2.5. Exchange have the right, without the indication of the reason, to give up in granting services to any person, thus the notice in writing will be sent to it.
2.6. Exchange reserves the right to itself to stop attitudes with the User, in case of reception of the information compelling Exchange to act in a similar way.
2.7. The user has the right to stop temporarily performance of services and-or to refuse performance of services Exchange, and, accordingly, to terminate conditions of the present Agreement and any Additional agreements, having sent in Exchange the corresponding notice. Any termination of performance of services will be made without damage to any rights Exchange and obligations of the User, and also debts Exchange from the moment of closing.
2.8. In case of liquidation or death of the User, the present Agreement and any Additional agreement are considered become invalid from the date of registration of liquidation or death of the User. In this case, the rest of money resources concerning payments of the User, can be given out to the third parties with observance of the order,stipulated by the present Agreement and the Additional agreement, under the application of these persons with representation Exchange of originals of the documents confirming the rights of these persons on possession and the order by this rest. Exchange have the right to suspend delivery of the rest of money resources at occurrence of dispute between the persons declaring the rights to its reception.

III. Transactions and operations.
3.1. Any management of process of the transaction and-or access to the information on a course of performance of the transaction, or other operations is made by the User through the reference in system of exchange Exchange, located on a site, access to which is carried out from a computer of the User or other computer on a network the Internet. No other management or access to the information on process of performance of the transaction is accessible to the User and it is not offered Exchange.
3.2. Exchange bears the obligation in maintenance of performance of the deal and-or operations resulting from to thus deal, access to the information on a course of performance of the deal in system Exchange and realization by the User of deals or their any part, within 24 hours per day (7 days in a week).
3.3. Payment of the services given Exchange, is made by the User according to tariffs on rendered Exchange services. Exchange reserves the right to itself to change these rates without the additional notice.
3.4. Except for the established and-or coordinated percent, payments and commission fee the User refunds all on phone, a telex, a fax, and also on the items of mail which have arisen during business relations with Exchange. 3.5. The user bears the responsibility for functionality and a possibility of use of the personal computer and-or other equipment indispensable for access to system of fulfilment of deals through interface Exchange. Exchange does not sustain the responsibility for losses, and-or the damage (loss) which has arisen in connection with impossibility of use by the User of own equipment and-or its elements, and-or absence of indispensable full or partial functionality of the equipment, or its elements.
3.6. All claims from the User about inadequate performance Exchange of assignments (orders) of the User should be shown by User Exchange not later than in ten days after date of transfer Exchange of the corresponding assignment (order).
3.7. Exchange does not bear the responsibility for any loss and-or the damage (loss), growing out a delay in realization of bank payments or electronic translations of the User, where day of departure or days after departure - not the working days in the country of partner-participant Exchange, being the addressee.
3.8. Exchange does not bear the responsibility for mistakes, omissions or the delays of payments admitted by banks, serving partners-participants Exchange, bank-correspondent or system of electronic payments, it is equal as is not responsible for the consequences caused by their financial position.
3.9. Exchange does not bear the responsibility for any loss and-or the damage (loss), growing out a delay in reception of payments from partner-participant Exchange, where day of reception or days after reception - not the working days in the country of the User and-or its Addressee.
3.10. Exchange have the right, without the prior notification of the User, to stop or limit access of the User to system of fulfilment of transactions, but no more than at 48 o clock, thus Exchange will not bear the responsibility for any indirect, special, unforeseen either subsequent loss or damage (loss).

IV. Change of the information.
4.1. Exchange reserves the right to make any corrections and variations to rules of use of products (services), as well as service and access to services, including the present Agreement and any Additional agreements, having notified the User concerning such variations at its following visiting a web-site.
4.2. If at entering Exchange of changes into offered products or services, and also rules of use and-or access to them, acknowledgement of the User is required, Exchange will send the User the corresponding notice 30 days prior to coming into force of such changes. Till the moment of acknowledgement by the User of the specified changes, Exchange reserves the right to itself to suspend granting services to the User.

V. The taxation.
5.1. The user can have any tax costs or debts in any country is a unique responsibility of the User. Exchange will not notify the User concerning its tax costs or debts, or to bear the responsibility for taxes, in any circumstances.
5.2. In cases when authorities payment of taxes of the User or a covering of debts, as a result of refusal of the User to pay such taxes is required from Exchange, the User agrees to compensate Exchange any such payments.

VI. Force-majeur.
6.1.
